Your role as a Store Manager You will be a strategic leader of the store – driving results, maximizing sales, shaping culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Define and implement long-term store strategy – ensuring alignment with Primark's commercial goals and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• Manage a large team – focusing on their engagement, development, and collaboration.
• Drive commercial results – through strategic planning, data analysis, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities – to identify opportunities and threats and adjust the strategy accordingly.
• Manage comprehensive store operations – ensuring smooth functioning, compliance with procedures, and maintaining high standards in all areas.
• Manage People & Culture (HR) activities – regarding recruitment, onboarding, and team development, in cooperation with the P&C Store Business Partner.
• Build a strong culture based on Primark values – creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and ready to grow.
• Introduce changes and innovations – implementing new ideas and solutions that improve store results and increase customer satisfaction.
• Represent Primark locally – building relationships with external partners and supporting brand development initiatives.
• Actively participate in development projects – supporting the expansion of the Primark brand in the local and international market.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a management position in retail – ideally as a Regional/Area Manager in a large, dynamic environment or a Store Manager in a large-format flagship store.
• You can lead and inspire large teams – both Customer Advisors and Managers – to achieve ambitious goals.
• You combine strategic thinking with a practical approach – confidently making decisions, setting priorities, and driving results.
• You possess developed interpersonal skills – you build relationships easily and can inspire others, building a positive work culture.
• You think commercially – you understand customer needs, analyze data, and turn insights into action.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment – you are flexible, solution-oriented, and ready to lead change.
• You have advanced English language skills.
• You are open to flexible working hours, including weekends.
