HR Internship - People & Culture

Weekly hours: 40 hours, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday At Primark, at the center of all processes are our people: the Human Resources function is called “People and Culture”. In collaboration with the People & Culture Business Partner team and the People&Culture teams in our stores, you will be responsible for: HR KPI Analysis and reporting: Support in data collection and analysis; Creation and updating of reports and dashboards for performance monitoring; Trend analysis and identification of insights to support the business. Data management: Support in the management and organization of databases; Verification of data quality and consistency; Documentation of processes and analyses performed. Collaboration with various Stakeholders: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand analysis needs; Support in the preparation of presentations and reporting for management; Contribution to the identification of improvement opportunities based on data.

If you possess the following requirements: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot) Interest in data analysis and logical-analytical aptitude Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R is a plus Good knowledge of the English language Precision, proactivity and problem solving Interpersonal skills and teamworking ...do not miss this incredible opportunity, apply now!
