Your tasks

What will your responsibilities be? As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. Specifically, you will be responsible for commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.

You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to Retail Assistants daily, developing their skills, as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you may support the checkout area, ensuring that all customers have an excellent experience.

Requirements

Because you have what it takes to lead a team and offer the best shopping experience to your customers, this is your opportunity to leave your mark on our company.

How would we like you to be? This is a position for managing teams; therefore, in addition to excellent customer service skills, you will be a leader capable of building professional relationships with your colleagues.

You do not need previous experience in retail to join us, but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. To do this, you will need good communication skills and a broad commercial vision.

If you join Primark as a Team Manager, we value that you have recently completed your university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Commerce, or similar.
