What will your responsibilities be? The People & Culture In-Store Business Partner plays a fundamental role in the people management strategy of our stores, collaborating with Store Managers to implement the People & Culture strategy. Your role will be strategic and consultative, ensuring that global initiatives translate into concrete actions that drive team performance and company culture. You will act as a trusted consultant, supporting decision-making regarding talent, leadership, and the colleague experience. You will lead the planning and execution of the talent attraction and selection strategy, ensuring that the store has the best profiles. You will also guarantee the implementation of training and development programs, promoting professional growth and team commitment. You will drive organizational culture and an inclusive environment aligned with Primark's values. Additionally, you will facilitate talent management and succession planning within the store team, promoting development opportunities. You will ensure regulatory compliance regarding labor relations and act as a link with regional office teams on strategic matters. Your focus will be on analyzing key human resources indicators in the store, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will report to the P&C Area Business Partner and, furthermore, collaborate to design action plans that allow for continuous improvement and the optimization of people management strategies. You will be a fundamental driver of change, driving the implementation of global People & Culture initiatives in the store and ensuring that each new project has a positive impact on teams and customers.
How would we like you to be? We are looking for a person with great communication skills, capable of generating trust and influencing manager teams. It is important that you have previous experience in generalist human resources roles as a Business Partner, and having solid knowledge of labor legislation is highly valued. It is fundamental that you have training related to human resources and experience in leading team development, as well as analytical capacity and result orientation for data-driven decision-making. We especially value experience in retail sectors or in large team management environments.
