Payroll Advisor

Location: Head Office Primark Milano, Via Torino Classification: 3° livello CCNL del Commercio - Distribuzione e Servizi “ConfCommercio” Remuneration: RAL € 30.000-€ 35.000 gross/year (14 monthly payments) Contract type: permanent. Do you want to become part of this ambitious project? We are looking for a Payroll Advisor for the Payroll team.

What you will do: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will intervene in the management of processes related to: Direct management of relationships with the external provider, ensuring the correct transmission of information necessary for payroll processing Control of a high number of payslips to ensure that employees are paid correctly Correction of payslips, management of sick leave, accidents,... Constant collaboration and support to the store HR teams Support for information requests regarding store personnel Compliance with tax obligations required by law and at a corporate level Management of hiring and terminations Timely and efficient management of requests coming from Entities and/or Agenzia delle Entrate Payments of pension and financial funds Management and monitoring of holidays Archiving of documentation and management of legal mail (PEC) Supporting the review of Payroll processes in synergy with the HR activities of Primark stores Production of reporting in Excel

Required experiences, knowledge, and skills: Degree in economic subjects or similar, with knowledge of basic accounting Previous experience in the Payroll field of at least 1 year, preferably in structured companies in the Retail sector Knowledge of the CCNL del Commercio Good knowledge of the English language Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite Attitude for teamwork Precision, flexibility, and a predisposition for continuous learning
