Join our team and you will have the opportunity to learn and actively participate in the selection processes for HR and Managerial profiles for our stores. You will collaborate with various corporate functions at the headquarters and in the stores, contributing to the identification and onboarding of the best talents.
Working alongside the Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for: Supporting the management of the selection process: posting job advertisements on internal and external channels, screening CVs, initial contact with candidates, organizing interviews, and managing the final proposal stage; Preparing reporting and monitoring the main recruiting KPI; Creating presentations and materials to share results with key stakeholders
