What will your responsibilities be? As a Department Manager, you will lead a store department with the aim of maximizing sales and offering an excellent shopping experience. You will be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of the people visiting the store. Additionally, you will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, offering guidance and feedback to develop their skills, as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with the rest of the manager team to promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment, resolving issues or problems and ensuring compliance with company policies.
