We are looking for a dynamic profile with an interest in Human Resources and Labor Relations, who can work with autonomy and initiative, with the aim of assisting the store management team in the daily functioning of the Labor Relations department at our headquarters in Madrid.
Job Description
- Drafting of disciplinary notices, granting or denying reduced working hours, leaves of absence...
• Updating department databases (Excel).
• Drafting simple novation agreements (e.g.: changes of workplace, functional mobility...)
• Carrying out comparative studies of collective agreements.
• Simple legal inquiries on labor matters.
• Scanning and filing of lawsuits/documentation received.
• Creating Powerpoint presentations.
Requirements
- Graduates in Law or Labor Relations and Human Resources who have the possibility of signing a full-time internship agreement through a master's in Human Resources or higher courses in labor advisory, personnel administration, or similar.
- Knowledge of Labor Law is valued.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
- High level of office automation skills.
- Planning and organization.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer orientation.
- Teamwork.
