SELECTION INTERNSHIP We are looking for a profile with an interest in Selection, dynamic, able to work with autonomy and initiative, with the aim of helping the team in the daily functioning of the department. JOB DESCRIPTION Support in the management of intern onboarding in Primark España stores and offices Participate in the planning and attendance at job fairs Collaborate in selection processes Support in new opening processes and in the management of opening team transfers Provide support for the administrative management specific to the department Support and participation in Primark's brand image strategy (Employer Branding)
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Educational requirements: Currently studying a Degree in Psychology, ADE, Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos (whose completion date is approximately when the internship period ends), or currently studying an official master's in Recursos Humanos High level of English, C1 High level of office automation Requirements we value: Good communication and influence Organization Teamwork Proactivity Knowledge of Canva *Experience in Recursos Humanos is a plus *Upon completion of the internship, real possibilities of incorporation
