Description: Primark is selecting ASSISTANT MANAGER - JEFE/A DE TIENDA for Salamanca.

Functions: Drive sales and optimize performance. Stock management and visual presentation of products. Collaboration in task and schedule planning. Collaboration and support to the Store Manager.

Requirements: University studies in ADE, Marketing and market research, MBA or similar. Experience in team management, especially in dynamic environments. Good level of English (other languages will be valued, including sign language). Capacity for organization and planning. Leadership skills and ability to manage complex situations.
