Implementation Specialist

Job Description

• Support the end-to-end implementation of Prieds WMS/RFID solutions.
• Assist with system configuration, master data, data migration, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Understand client processes and translate them into appropriate system solutions.
• Provide post-go-live support and functional troubleshooting.
• Prepare implementation documentation, SOPs, training materials, and handover documents.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Manager, Product, Engineering, and implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP/WMS/POS implementation, application support, SaaS implementation, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Understand basic warehouse & inventory processes.
• Experience in system implementation, training, UAT, or data migration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and technical teams.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of API, barcode, RFID, or system integration is a plus.
• Coding is not required.

Ideal candidate: hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, client-oriented, and able to take ownership from implementation through post-go-live support.
