Your tasks

In this role, you are responsible for developing and coaching your employees, creating engagement in the team, and building up the competence area over time. You drive growth and profitability through business and simultaneously get the opportunity to create new long-term customer relationships as well as develop a deep understanding of customers' operations and needs.

You work independently with clear goals, but never alone. Since process automation is a commitment-based business, planning of employees and project economy becomes a natural and important part of your daily routine. The desire to meet existing and new customers to find business opportunities feels natural to you. Here there are great opportunities to influence, think strategically, and work cross-functionally.

Requirements

We believe that you have experience in a group manager or consulting manager role and preferably an established network in the region. We also believe it is a strength if you have experience and a network within process automation and have a business-oriented approach to technical solutions. You are technically curious, have a technical education at your core, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. You have experience in, and find, customer relations and sales to be motivating and fun.

B-driver's license and access to a car is a requirement.
