Facilities / Maintenance Technician

Presto Universal Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities / Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of retail stores, commercial spaces, and project facilities. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, mechanical, lighting.

Perform regular inspections to identify potential maintenance problems and recommend corrective actions.

Support the maintenance of high-end finishes and ensure work is completed to the required quality standards.

Assist with planned maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, identifying root causes to minimise system downtime.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems, including split, window, and cassette units at client sites.

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to carry out installations, system commissioning, testing, and performance verification.

Conduct routine servicing, including filter cleaning, chemical cleaning, and equipment overhauls.

Install, replace, and repair faulty components such as compressors, fan coil motors, and other air conditioning equipment.

Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and maintenance requests.

Requirement Diploma, certificate, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience

Ability to diagnose problems and carry out repairs independently.

Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools to carry out handyman works e.g. painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.

Reliable, responsible, and service-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
