We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee our Quality Control (QC) station and daily laundry production. Job Description
- Quality Control (QC)
Lead the QC station and ensure garments are properly inspected before packing or delivery.
Check for stains, damage, missing buttons, wrinkles, and other defects.
Arrange for re-cleaning or re-pressing when necessary.
Ensure garments are handled carefully to prevent loss, damage, and mix-ups.
Maintain QC records and help improve garment quality.
- Daily Production Operations
Coordinate workers in laundry, drycleaning, pressing, inspection, and packing.
Monitor work quality and production progress to meet daily deadlines.
Assist with hands-on production work when needed.
Identify production issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Team Supervision and Training
Guide and train workers on QC standards, work procedures, and safety practices.
Help workers improve their inspection skills and work quality.
Encourage teamwork and maintain smooth daily operations.
- Workplace Standards
Follow company SOPs and QC checklists.
Keep the QC station and production area clean, organised, and safe.
Report quality issues and help reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
Job Requirements Experience in laundry, drycleaning, or a similar production environment is preferred.
Supervisory or QC experience is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Able to guide workers and work well as part of a team.
Hands-on, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to follow work procedures.
Comfortable working in a factory environment and standing for extended periods.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
