Job Summary

You will lead design execution by preparing detailed 3D and AutoCAD drawings, managing project schedules, compiling costings, and liaising with contractors to ensure quality and client satisfaction on residential and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate design intents and finishes clearly to contractors to ensure accurate implementation
• Produce high-quality 3D and AutoCAD drawings and material boards to support design presentations and project execution
• Develop and maintain schedules for finishes and overall project management to meet deadlines
• Compile detailed costings for building and interior works to support budgeting and procurement
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Attend design consultations and site meetings to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for design drafting and visualization
• Skilled in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, and Vray for advanced 3D modeling and rendering
• Experienced in designing residential and hospitality projects to meet client needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members
• Highly motivated and confident with the ability to articulate design concepts eloquently
