: Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide attention and solutions to user requirements, as well as to perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, networks, and technological devices.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Provide technical support to users in person and/or via Help Desk.
• Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.
• Prepare, configure, and install computers, printers, and other computing devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment.
• Install and provide support for LAN networks and structured cabling.
• Configure internet links, mobile telephony, and other technological devices.
• Support the installation and configuration of video surveillance cameras.
• Manage and keep updated the inventory of equipment and IT resources.
• Manage and provide basic support to Active Directory.
• Train and advise users on the use of IT systems and tools.
• Document incidents and solutions, following up until resolution.
• Comply with the response times established via SLA.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering in Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to travel to different areas/facilities when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 40 years
