Press Play is an Indonesian gaming peripherals brand creating products that combine performance, functionality, and distinctive design. We work with internationally recognized entertainment IPs, including Demon Slayer and Persona 5 Royal, to develop officially licensed product collections. We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to take ownership of our creative and licensing projects, ensuring every stage moves forward efficiently and on schedule.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, or related roles.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, consumer products company, or brand collaboration environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and spoken English, particularly for professional communication with international partners.
  • Confident in coordinating teams, managing deadlines, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of solving problems independently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • An interest in gaming, anime, pop culture, or consumer products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from initial planning and creative development to final approval and production handover.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and submission schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal designers, product teams, external partners, and international licensors.
  • Manage IP licensing submissions, feedback, revisions, and approval processes, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Track multiple ongoing projects, anticipate potential delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely follow-ups across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, approval records, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting priorities, risks, and required decisions.

What We're Looking For We value ownership, initiative, and accountability. The ideal candidate doesn't simply wait for instructions or report that something is delayed. They anticipate problems, propose solutions, follow through on commitments, and take responsibility for moving projects forward. You'll work closely with our founders and creative team, playing an important role in bringing exciting licensed collaborations to life. If you think you could be a good fit, send us your cv with a portfolio if available and let's work!
