Premium Marbles and Granite, a leading granite and marble processing company, is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Officer to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations and supporting our workforce in a remote but growing industrial area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labour laws. Oversee attendance and performance management. Develop and implement HR policies tailored to a factory environment. Support management in workforce planning and training initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote area. Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
