Product Manager

Job Description As a product manager, you will be responsible to manage product and technology team consist of back-end engineers, front-end engineers, full-stack engineers and product analyst and work closely with other stakeholders to deliver a quality product. We are looking for a product manager to develop product vision and strategy for building internal products that our teams can rely on. You will be responsible to:

• Ensuring the product complies with company policies and regulatory requirements from OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
• Give mentorship and lead product and technology team.
• Prioritize projects by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives.
• Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements, with the goal of building a reliable, dependable app that users and partners can trust.
• Maintaining a zero-tolerance standard for critical errors: ensuring every release is thoroughly tested, accurate, and stable, especially in critical flows such as policy, payment, and claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in product or technological field.
• Proven ability to develop product vision and strategy and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and/or SQL, comfortable reading data to make decisions.
• Experience writing clear product requirements (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment (sprint planning, backlog management).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements.
• Experience running UAT and coordinating releases.
• Understanding of OJK regulations and compliance in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
