Premier Work Support are recruiting for a permanent Conveyancer for a prestigious law firm based in Chelmsford that will be working within their property team.

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving team in Essex, where property sales are at a premium.

Your tasks

As a conveyancer you will be working on your own caseloads, dealing with the legal and administrative transfer of property ownership when clients buy or sell a home. You will be responsible for drafting contracts, carrying out property searches and all tasks related to the process of buying and selling a property.

Requirements

For this role you will have worked within a law firm as a Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner.
