Wireless Communications Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Wireless Communications Technician to join our team in Madinah. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless communication systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain wireless communication systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of wireless networks and communication devices.
• Troubleshoot RF, signal, connectivity, and equipment-related issues.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with wireless network planning and optimization.
• Configure antennas, access points, radios, and related communication equipment.
• Perform equipment testing and ensure systems operate according to technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve faults efficiently to minimize service interruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company technical standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and vendors when required.
• Prepare basic technical reports and maintenance documentation.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in wireless communications, telecommunications, RF, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of wireless communication systems, RF fundamentals, antennas, and networking.
• Experience with installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communication equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Relevant telecommunications or networking certifications are an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
