Part Qualified Accountant

Job description: The role reports to the Financial Controller, Premier Media Broadcasting Limited. The role is a permanent full-time position.

Main Duties:

Management Accountant -To produce management accounts for Premier Media Sarl, a company incorporated in Luxembourg. -To produce management accounts for Freesports Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales. -To support the Financial Controller in the preparation of management accounts for Premier Media Broadcasting Limited a company incorporated in Ireland. -To support the production of audit packs for Premier Media Sarl, Freesports Limited and Premier Media Broadcasting Limited.

Tax -To prepare supporting documentation for Luxembourg VAT returns. -To prepare and file VAT returns for the UK tax authority for Freesports Limited and for Premier Media Broadcasting Limited. -To prepare and file VAT returns to Revenue. Premier Media Broadcasting Limited is registered in both Ireland and the UK for VAT.

Forecast -To support the five-year forecast, produced and updated every six months to strict deadlines working across all departments.

Project Work -To develop and support are on-going the significant AI automation projects across the accounting function. -Significant financial modelling work

Accounting Support -Accounts payable support (AP automated through Xero and ApprovalMax software) -Bank reconciliations (in Xero) -Balance sheet reconciliations -Journal postings
