Night Concierge – Full Time (Night Shift)

Role Overview Responsible for managing guest communication, reservation inquiries, and overnight guest support while ensuring smooth and secure night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to reservation inquiries through online booking platforms.
• Handle guest requests and communication through WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
• Assist guests with late-night requests and emergencies.
• Monitor the villa area and coordinate with the security team.
• Prepare a clear handover report for the morning team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Front Office or Concierge.
• Familiar with PMS and online reservation platforms.
• Good written and spoken English; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional, responsive, reliable, and able to work independently during the night shift.
