BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and prevent stock-outs.

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to predict future product demand.

Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to align inventory with forecasted requirements.

Commercial Performance Analysis

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales volume, revenue, margins, and market share.

Conduct variance analysis to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and risks.

Provide regular commercial performance dashboards and reports to senior management.

Business Analytics & Insights

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
