Your tasks
YOUR MISSION Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will support the Group's digital transformation by ensuring the performance, evolution, and deployment of business applications. You will take responsibility for the application management and support department. Acting as a true bridge between technical teams and business departments, you will lead a team of employees (administrators, project managers, and application specialists).
YOUR DAILY LIFE*
- Application portfolio management: Define and evolve application solutions on functional and technical levels, in coherence with the global information system architecture, with a particular focus on SAP applications.
- Business relationship and alignment: Finely understand the needs of different departments, translate their requirements into suitable IT solutions, and ensure smooth exchanges.
- Governance and project monitoring: Coordinate integration projects, monitor service providers, and ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and deliverable quality.
- Team management and leadership: Supervise, support, and develop the skills of your employees on a daily basis (organization of rituals, monitoring of workload plans, change management).
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science, information systems, or equivalent depending on experience.
- Very good mastery of ERP environments, particularly SAP.
- Knowledge of JIRA for project monitoring, ticket management, and team coordination.
- CRM & Power BI : Intermediate level knowledge would be a plus for supervising operations and data reporting.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in team management and application project management.
- Proficiency in professional spoken and written English (regular exchanges in a multi-site and international context).
SOFT SKILLS
- Organization and rigor : Ability to structure team activity, prioritize topics, and manage multiple projects.
- Interpersonal and communication skills : Excellent communication skills to act as a link between technicians and management/business units.
- Service orientation and listening skills : Strong ability to understand business needs and empathy to unite your team and understand business challenges.
