We are looking for our future Mechanical Engineer (M/F) on a CDI contract at the company headquarters in Veyras (07).

YOUR MISSION:

Within the Mechanical Design Office, you will design and develop custom mechanical assemblies that meet the specific needs of our customers. Based on the established specifications, you will transform expressed needs into industrializable technical solutions.

YOUR DAILY LIFE:

• Support the sales team in performing technical analyses of customer installations;
• Propose specific solutions and perform cost estimations for the sales team;
• Interact with existing teams for the production implementation of the defined plans;
• Design assemblies using CAD software and create their technical drawings;
• Create items in SAP, and the bills of materials for the list of equipment necessary for production;
• Assist production teams in manufacturing and factory assembly;
• On-site customer visits are to be expected as part of the follow-up for specific orders;
• Estimate the cost of complex assemblies at an optimum cost price;
• Assist subsidiaries during outsourced production.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree in mechanics
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position
• Proficiency in professional English (written and oral)
• Strong skills in mechanical design and the use of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Innovative spirit and ability to solve complex problems.
