R&D Project Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our future R&D Project Manager in a permanent contract (CDI) at the company headquarters in Veyras (07) or at our agency in Bron (69).

YOUR MISSION:

Integrated into the R&D Department, you will lead design or evolution projects for our products, from the expression of marketing needs to their market launch.

YOUR DAILY LIFE:

• Define deliverables as well as cost, deadline, and quality level estimates prior to projects
• Organize and structure the R&D project by planning team tasks and resources
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the project schedule; alert in case of deviations
• Write functional analyses intended for various internal departments
• Handle after-sales service requests and propose appropriate solutions by mobilizing the necessary skills
• Ensure continuous technological monitoring of sector innovations
• Ensure compliance with the project procedure throughout the development cycle

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics, or software
• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years, ideally in an industrial environment
• Mastery of project management tools and associated methodologies
• Knowledge of the ERP SAP is a plus
• Professional English mastered in both writing and speaking (minimum B2 level)
