We are looking for our future Automation Engineer in a permanent contract (CDI) at the company headquarters in Veyras (07) or at our Woippy agency.
YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Automation Design Office Manager, you will participate in the design, implementation, and commissioning of automation and supervision programs intended for our weighing solutions, in compliance with customer specifications.
YOUR DAILY LIFE:
- Perform functional analyses in collaboration with the client project manager
- Write technical specifications for programs (automation and supervision)
- Develop, test, and optimize PLC programs and supervision interfaces
- Write user and configuration manuals for the installations
- Ensure on-site commissioning and support during the warranty period
- Collaborate with the After-Sales Service department for client technical support
- Participate in pre-sales quoting or project amendments
- Train users and maintenance technicians on the developed systems
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of automation and industrial computing
- Mastery of PLC programming languages and their development tools
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (ASCII, fieldbus)
- Notions of SQL databases
- Reading of electrical diagrams
- Mastery of software: Zenon, Straton, GP-Pro, TIA Portal
- Technical English at B1 level (emails, calls, technical documents, meetings)
