PMO Analyst

Important company in the cosmetics and beauty sector is looking for personnel to occupy the position of PMO Analyst.

Mission of the position:

Manage and validate the set of activities for new product development projects, in accordance with the standards defined in the process, guaranteeing compliance with the objectives, needs, requirements, and indicators already established.

Functions:

• Continuously validate new product development projects and the compliance of their schedule.
• Build development project schedules according to available resources, time, and capacity.
• Schedule and lead project follow-up meetings, validating the status/progress of each one.
• Generate proposals for the improvement and optimization of activities or processes in which they intervene.

Requested profile:

• Academic background: Professional in industrial engineering, product design engineering, production engineering, processes engineering, productivity and quality engineering, business administration, pharmaceutical chemist, chemical engineer, or related careers.
• Specific knowledge: Knowledge in PMO processes and project management, agile methodologies, BPM, and product development processes. Project management (Advanced). English: B2.
• Work experience: 2 years in project areas, project management, engineering, or related processes.
