SENIOR ADVISOR 2 IN THE DEPARTMENT FOR LIFELONG PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF JUDICIAL OFFICIALS, ADVISORS IN JUDICIAL BODIES
PUBLIC COMPETITION for filling a job position in the Pravosudna akademija
- Senior advisor 2 in the Department for lifelong professional development of judicial officials, advisors in judicial bodies, officials from the judiciary field and other participants in proceedings before judicial bodies - 1 executor (m/f) for an indefinite period with a probationary period of six (6) months.
Professional requirements for the job: -completed undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies or specialist university studies in the legal profession -at least 4 years of work experience in corresponding jobs -active knowledge of the English language -knowledge of computer work
Job description: Organizes and provides support for the implementation of the Academy's educational activity programs related to the professional development of the Department's target groups. Participates in monitoring the implementation of the Academy's obligations towards national strategies, programs, and plans. Monitors the implementation of professional development for the Department's target groups. Participates in creating a detailed calendar of educational activities. Negotiates deadlines for the creation of educational materials related to the professional development of the Department's target groups. Prepares standard copyright contracts and standard service contracts and maintains appropriate records thereof. Supervises the collection of necessary legal literature materials and the preparation of educational materials for the needs of the professional development of the Department's target groups. Participates, as needed, in the preparation of project documentation and in the implementation of all projects related to the professional development of the Department's target groups. Prepares web notices. Prepares appropriate statements, reports, and opinions and performs other tasks as ordered by superiors in accordance with the nature and type of the job duties. In the application for the public competition, it is necessary to state the personal data of the applicant, i.e., the candidate (personal name, date and place of birth, residential address, telephone number and, if possible, email address) and the name of the job position to which the person is applying. Along with the application, it is necessary to attach: - curriculum vitae - proof of the appropriate level of education (copy of diploma) - electronic record or confirmation from the Hrvatski zavod za mirovinsko osiguranje regarding years of service - a copy of the employment contract or an appropriate confirmation from the employer regarding work experience and the jobs performed - proof of Croatian citizenship (copy of identity card, passport, or domovnica) - proof of active knowledge of the English language (certificate/test/diploma from a foreign language school regarding knowledge of the English language) - a certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (certificate not older than 6 months from the deadline for submission of applications).
Candidates who meet the formal requirements of the competition will be called for an interview, during which a check of English language knowledge may be performed.
In the event that a candidate does not attend the interview, it is considered that they have withdrawn their application for the public competition and thus are not a candidate.
The place and time of the interview will be published on the website of the Pravosudna akademija (www.pak.hr) at least five days before the interview is held.
Candidates will be informed of the results of the public competition by public publication of the decision on the selected candidate on the website of the Pravosudna akademija (www.pak.hr), in the employment competitions section, within the legal deadline.
Candidates who, according to special regulations, exercise the right of priority are obliged to refer to that right in the application and have priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.
A candidate who refers to the right of priority when being employed in accordance with Art. 102 of the Zakon o hrvatskim braniteljima iz Domovinskog rata and their family members (NN no. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21 and 156/23), and Art. 48 of the Zakon o civilnim stradalnicima iz Domovinskog rata (NN no. 84/21), must, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, attach all necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministarstvo hrvatskih branitelja: ttps://branitelji.gov.hr/userdocsimages/ng/12%20prosinac/zapošljavanje/popis%20dokaza%20za%20ostvarivanje%20prava%20pri%20zapoŠljavanju.pdf A candidate who refers to the right of priority in employment pursuant to Art. 48.f. of the Zakon o zaštiti vojnih i civilnih invalida rata (NN no. 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 02/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19), is obliged, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, to attach proof of recognized status. A candidate who refers to the right of priority in employment pursuant to Art. 9 of the Zakon o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanja osoba s invaliditetom (NN no. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20), must, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, attach proof of the established status of a person with a disability.
All personal data collected on the basis of this competition are collected and processed for the purpose of conducting the competition and processing the candidate's application, in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal and other data, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). By applying for the competition, the candidate gives consent to the Pravosudna akademija for the processing of personal data in accordance with the regulations prescribing the protection of personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure and the results of the competition. Persons of both sexes may apply to the competition. Expressions used in this competition that have a gender meaning are used neutrally and refer equally to both male and female gender.
Untimely and incomplete applications will not be considered. A regular application is considered to be an application that contains all the data and attachments specified in the public competition and which is signed by hand. A person who has not submitted a timely and regular application or does not meet the requirements of the public competition is not considered a candidate applied for the public competition.
The deadline for application is 15 days from the day of publication of the competition in Narodne novine. Applications with the necessary documentation on meeting the requirements from the competition are submitted to the address Pravosudna akademija, Zagreb, Maksimirska cesta 63, with the note: »Natječaj za zapošljavanje-ne otvarati«.
The selected candidate is obliged, before concluding the employment contract, to submit the documentation of meeting the requested requirements in original or certified copy. In the event of non-submission or untimely submission of originals or certified copies, it will be considered that the candidate has withdrawn.
Pravosudna akademija reserves the right to cancel the public competition.
