Test Cell Technician

Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney. What You Will Do Perform engine testing in accordance with approved test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards

Prepare test beds, engines, tooling, and instrumentation prior to test runs

Conduct pre-test, test, and post-test activities including checks, adjustments, and shutdown procedures

Monitor engine parameters during testing and identify abnormal conditions or fault indications

Respond appropriately to alarms, fault codes, or test deviations

Accurately record test data, parameters, and results in designated systems or log sheets

Assist engineers and senior technicians in troubleshooting test issues and equipment faults

Perform basic inspection and care of test cell equipment and tooling

Qualifications You Must Have Diploma / Higher Nitec / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related field

Experience in engine testing, test cell operations, production testing, or industrial testing environment is preferred

Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.

Ability to read and follow technical documents, test procedures, and work instructions

Qualifications We Prefer Familiarity with test instrumentation, sensors, and data monitoring systems is an advantage
