Responsibilities and duties

Lead and facilitate processes of human development, organizational culture, leadership, and continuous learning, promoting safe, collaborative environments aligned with Prática's evolutionary purpose. Act as a link between people, strategy, and organizational transformation. Plan, implement, and manage strategies and programs that promote people development and the continuous improvement of organizational culture. Act as a facilitator in talent management, competency development, and employee engagement, aligning DHO practices with the company's goals and objectives. Develop and implement the DHO area, with Human Resources policies and human development programs, including training, career plans, and succession programs;

• Facilitate the dissemination of desired values and behaviors through experiences, dialogues, and programs;
• Support cultural committees and leadership in the living practice of organizational culture;
• Develop training tracks, coaching, mentoring, and immersive experiences for leaders and teams;
• Be the guardian of leadership quality, with support from feedback tools, assessment, and active listening;
• Take care of the continuous learning cycle (LXP, training, knowledge pills, corporate university, etc.);
• Co-create solutions with the areas, promoting people's protagonism over their own development;
• Facilitate organizational change processes (e.g., international expansion, digitalization, restructuring);
• Stimulate spaces for creativity and innovation in a transversal way;
• Work alongside HR and Communication to generate listening sessions, act on insights, and strengthen the sense of belonging;
• Collaborate in building meaningful journeys for the employee (onboarding, recognition, growth, transitions);
• Use data and listening (People Analytics, climate, eNPS, assessments) for decision-making and prioritization of actions;
• Co-construct area goals and OKRs aligned with the organization's strategic plan;
• Manage the DHO area budget, controlling expenses and seeking resource optimization;
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in DHO, bringing innovations to the organization;
• Manage Universidade Prática in its strategic processes and monitor the work of the UP Analyst;
• Implement policies and processes for the Human Resources area so they can operate in the business units.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas;
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
• Fluent English.
