Responsibilities and assignments

Technical Responsibilities

• Definition of technical specifications for products, analysis of requirements and drawings, validation, and monitoring throughout the life cycle alongside customers, suppliers, and internal areas.

Interface with International Suppliers

• Fluent communication in English is mandatory;
• Communication in Spanish and/or Mandarin will be considered a differentiator.

Leadership and Influence

• Support and directly influence the strategy;
• Take responsibility for the execution of the strategy and the success of projects;
• Support all decisions related to the technical and strategic aspects of the products under your responsibility.

Project Management

• Management of schedules, risks, and deliveries, involving multiple internal stakeholders in the organization;
• Practical experience in a project environment focused on product development is desirable.

Requirements and qualifications

Degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Fluent English.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Mandarin and Spanish will be a differentiator;
• Product development and management;
• Industrial processes and product engineering;
• Reading and interpretation of technical specifications;
• International standards and regulations;
• Project Management;
• Intermediate or advanced Office Package/Excel;
• ERP and management systems.
