*Position Overview:* We are seeking a *Sales Associate* to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury products, floral design, and creating an exceptional client experience. You will represent our brand in-store, helping customers find the perfect arrangements while maintaining our boutique?s aesthetic and standards.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist clients as they enter the boutique.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and seasonal collections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting store environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
*Qualifications*
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
- Passion for luxury florals and a keen eye for design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
