While not fully established yet, based on current developments and breakthroughs achieved in this area, various computer scientists and physicists are predicting that it is highly possible for the world to see the prevalence of commercially viable quantum computers within thenext decade. When that happens, modern cryptographic algorithms will be vulnerable to quantum attacks, thereby exposing more applications and data to cybersecurity threats.

pQCee Pte Ltd operates in the quantum cybersecurity space. We design and build post-quantum products and solutions to strengthen and protect the $trillion digital economy against quantum attacks. Your tasks

As an associate software engineer, you will primarily be building applications for both B2B and B2C use-cases working under the supervision of our software engineering and product management teams. You will have the opportunity to work with our R&D team to design, build and deploy the Company’s post-quantum products and services. In the course of your work, there will also be opportunities to engage with the Web3 community through their respective programs to design and develop new applications for Web3 adoption post-quantum.

Qualification and skill sets

• Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Front-end programming languages / frameworks such as Javascript, React, Typescript, CSS.
• Knowledge and experience in mobile deployment using Swift and Kotlin is an added advantage
• Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms and coding is a plus
• Possess strong integrity and able to work independently
• Possess a positive learning attitude and a fast learner with the ability to pick up product knowledge
• Good analytical thinking skills and be unafraid to challenge existing norms where appropriate
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative with a high level of initiative
