Band 4 Speech and Language Therapist - London

Band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistant London £15–£19 per hour Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to provide support within the Experts at Hand service in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Speech and Language Therapists with assessments and interventions
• Work directly with children and young people under the guidance of qualified therapists
• Support the delivery of individual therapy programmes
• Liaise with families, schools and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to the supervising therapist
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting children and young people

Requirements:

• Relevant Speech and Language Therapy Assistant experience
• Experience working with children and young people is desirable
• Ability to follow therapy programmes and professional guidance
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
