Band 4 Occupational Therapy Assistant London £15–£19 per hour Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Band 4 Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide support within the Experts at Hand service in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Occupational Therapists with assessments and interventions
• Assist with the delivery of therapy programmes under the guidance of qualified OTs
• Work with children, young people and families to support positive outcomes
• Liaise with schools, families and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting children and young people

Requirements:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy Assistant experience
• Experience working with children and young people is desirable
• Ability to follow therapy programmes and professional guidance
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills
