OPERATIONS MANAGER – MICROFINANCE

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in a senior management position within the microfinance sector .
• Proven experience managing field offices and leading field-based teams .
• Experience in an environment offering secured lending facilities, particularly logbook financing .
• Good understanding and appreciation of microfinance and impact-based financial solutions .
• Demonstrated ability to lead performance-driven teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, business insight and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Sheets , including tracker, records and data management.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and ethical conduct.
