Field Technician – Networks, IT & Telecommunications (Hotel Solutions)

What will you do in our team? As a Field Technician, you will be the connecting link between our technology and its flawless operation in our customers' hotel units. The role of our technicians is crucial to ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and high-quality services. We are interested in people with a willingness to learn, team spirit, and a desire for growth — previous experience is appreciated, but not a prerequisite.
Main Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment (Racks, Switches, Access Points, WiFi Controllers). Installation and support of telephone systems (IP PBX, VoIP). Implementation of structured cabling (copper termination and certification) and fiber optic works. Installation and configuration of Head End systems and TV Middleware for hotel use. Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems (troubleshooting). Drafting technical reports after the completion of works.
Required Qualifications: What we are looking for from you: To have a relevant degree (IEK, TEI or similar) but primarily to "have it" in practice. To have worked in network installations before – we want you to know what TCP/IP is and how a Switch works. To not be afraid of tools and cabling. To have a driver's license. To enjoy traveling – sometimes our work involves "touring" in beautiful places. To have good knowledge of the English language (technical terminology). To have fulfilled your military obligations (for male candidates). You will impress us if: You have worked in hotels before and know how the industry moves. You know about Asterisk or 3CX.
