Aftersales Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to machinery breakdown inquiries from local and overseas clients
• Establish and manage standardized procedures for equipment breakdown reporting and resolution
• Coordinate with factory representatives regarding machinery issues and technical support
• Communicate effective solutions for machinery breakdowns to buyers and end-users
• Manage product warranties, claims processing, and resolution
• Source and maintain relationships with local and overseas spare parts suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal inventory levels
• Maintain fleet of machinery and showroom premises to the highest standards
• Oversee spare parts and components inventory to support rental and sales operations in the Singapore market
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance services with buyers and end-users
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and statutory documentation requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery or related industry
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve organizational objectives
• Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and resolving challenges
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in local dialects is advantageous
• Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong listening skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Willing to travel as required
