Logistics Officer

Responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, and Supply Chain to ensure efficiency.

Hard Skills • Documentation Knowledge: Understanding of shipping and customs documents such as Invoice, customs entries, and Bill of Lading / Airway Bill. • System Usage: Ability to use ERP programs (such as SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/TMS), including Microsoft Excel at a good level. • Language: English language skills at a functional level (for contacting international suppliers or multinational companies). Soft Skills • Problem Solving: Ability to handle delays, damages, or transportation issues calmly. • Communication and Negotiation: Effectively coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and private logistics companies. • Attention to Detail: Accurately checking stock, purchase contract documents, and figures.

Qualifications: Gender: Male - Female Age: 25 - 40 years old Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or delivery operations; fresh graduates (Entry-level) are welcome.
