Site Manager (Electrical)
About the role We are looking for a highly skilled site manager to join our team at Powen Engineering Pte Ltd for our project , namely Woodlands Checkpoint Extension. As a site manager, your role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. You will oversee and direct all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements. You will also be responsible for the construction project’s document management, budget allocations, fostering a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements
Manage the construction project's document management
Manage budget allocations
Foster a productive work environment
Maintain solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Requirement Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering Singapore projects on time and within budget
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards in Singapore
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively address site challenges and make sound judgments
Salary shall be negotiable based on experience, skills and recognised qualification
