Corporate Controller | Performance, Data & AI

• You analyze financial and operational data and translate them into clear insights and recommendations;
• You take ownership of group reporting, KPIs, and dashboards and work with our international entities for this purpose;
• You support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews and map out risks and opportunities;
• You use data analysis, automation, and AI to make financial processes and reporting more efficient;
• You act as a finance business partner and support management in decision-making;
• You support the integration of new companies into our reporting, systems, and financial processes.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a master's degree in Finance, economics, commercial engineering, or a similar field;
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience within controlling or a similar role;
• You are strong analytically and critically and know how to look beyond the numbers;
• You can translate business questions into clear reporting and relevant insights;
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and Office 365;
• You have experience with dashboarding and reporting automation. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus;
• You have experience with AI tools or a strong interest in applying AI within financial analyses and reporting;
• You have a good knowledge of English and feel comfortable in an international working environment.
