Planning Analyst - Multinational

Multinational Industrial Planning Analyst

For an important business group in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Planning Analyst, who will have a transversal role and report to the Planning area. The challenge will be to support the coordination and monitoring of productive activities, contributing to the scheduling of production orders, information analysis, progress monitoring, and coordination between the different areas of the organization.

Main challenges

• Perform daily monitoring of production orders.
• Update manufacturing schedules and planning dashboards.
• Keep information updated in the ERP and management tools.
• Detect deviations regarding planning and collaborate in the definition of corrective actions.
• Monitor critical materials and supplier delivery dates.
• Participate in planning meetings and prepare minutes and action plans.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement and process automation projects.
• Support the planning and distribution of workload among different productive plants.

What are we looking for?

• Industrial Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Business Administration
• Foreign Trade

Experience of at least 1 year in planning, production, logistics, or data analysis will be valued.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel — mandatory.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP — valued.
• Knowledge of Asana — desirable.
• Minimum English FCE.
