Injection Molding Moulder

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Moulder to set up and operate injection molding machines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up molds, machine parameters, and auxiliary equipment as per setup sheet.
• Perform mold changing, color changing, and material changing.
• Start up machines and conduct first article inspection to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot molding defects (short shot, flash, sink mark, warpage, etc.).
• Optimize cycle time and process parameters.
• Monitor production and ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping around machines.
• Fill up production reports and process records.
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Toolroom for any issues.
• Ability to train operators on safety procedures, material handling, and basic machine operations.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities such as cooling towers, air compressors, and related equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in injection molding.
• Knowledge of various plastics materials (LCP, PC, PP, PA, Ultem etc.).
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Willing to work shifts / overtime.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
