Your Tasks:

• Operational planning, control, and documentation of development projects throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Functional as well as cross-departmental leadership of project teams
• Ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Project controlling including quality and deadline monitoring, budget planning, as well as cost control and post-calculation
• Regular reporting to internal stakeholders as well as ensuring transparent project communication
• Management of change processes as well as initiation of suitable de-escalation measures in case of project risks

Your Profile:

1. You have a successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau, Technischer Produktdesigner) or a comparable qualification
2. You bring sound knowledge in project management and have already been able to gain experience in an industrial company
3. You are proficient in the confident use of common digital project management tools and have good English skills in speaking and writing
4. You are characterized by a structured, conscientious, and reliable way of working
5. You possess a high degree of organizational strength, communication skills, and technical understanding
6. You convince through a confident and binding appearance
