UK Payroll Expert

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Speciliast to join a growing organisation, supporting clients with complex payroll queries, reconciliations, compliance, and payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex payroll queries and escalations
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and validations
• Support payroll compliance and legislative requirements
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Create training materials and support team development
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes

What We're Looking For:

• UK payroll experience (CIPP Preferable)
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, and compliance
• Experience handling complex payroll calculations and reconciliations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Confident using payroll systems and Excel
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
