The company Hatzigeorgiou S.A. (Porcelana) is looking for a Procurement Department Employee for kitchen and wardrobe furniture, based at the central facilities in Kalochori.

Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Management, monitoring, and entry of procurement orders.
• Entry and verification of purchase invoices in the system.
• Communication with suppliers for order confirmation and monitoring delivery times.
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of shipments and goods receipts.
• Checking and updating stock levels.
• Use of the company's design software to support the store network, through kitchen design, solution customization, and solving technical issues.
• Communication with factories to resolve technical issues regarding kitchens and ensure the correct implementation of orders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position of responsibility.
• Very good knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of ERP will be considered an additional qualification.
• Experience in kitchen design software.
• Ability to manage invoices and knowledge of procurement accounting processes.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken). Knowledge of the Italian language will be appreciated.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written communication), with a result-oriented mindset.
• Critical thinking for problem-solving in the effective management of demanding situations and the ability to respond under pressure within tight deadlines.
