*Duties*

• Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control during busy service hours
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Experience in food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
• Background in customer service with a focus on creating welcoming environments
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings such as hotel or barista roles is advantageous
