Supply Chain Planner to Holms Attachments

About the position:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you have a central role in the company's flow of purchased material from supplier to finished product. You work closely with the business and are the hub between purchasing, production planning, production, sales, and finance. The role initially has a strong focus on material planning, delivery assurance, and inventory management, but is simultaneously a developmental role where you gradually take on broader responsibility for demand planning, analysis, and the S&OP process.

With your competence, you will contribute value to the collaboration with the company's Swedish and international suppliers as well as Holms Attachments' operations in the USA.

The position is a direct hire on a full-time basis, and the start date can be adapted to your current notice period. The recruitment process is conducted through Poolia, and you will be employed directly by Holms Attachment with a station in Motala. All questions regarding the position will be answered by the responsible recruitment consultant.

Your main tasks

The role includes varied tasks in a dynamic workplace.

Register, follow up on, and monitor purchase orders as well as ensure that deliveries occur according to plan

Contribute to ensuring that relevant forecasts are sent regularly to suppliers

Responsible for optimizing inventory management and parameter settings in the ERP system.

Work proactively to minimize disruptions in the production flow.

Demand planning and developing the S&OP process within material planning

Collaborate closely with purchasing, production planning, production, sales, and finance

The role involves active work in balancing total cost, service level, inventory turnover, and production conditions.

Mandatory requirements:

• Education in technology, logistics, or economics, or equivalent documented knowledge / corresponding work experience
• Good knowledge of material and production planning as well as inventory management

• Several years of experience in planning work, preferably both towards suppliers and from internal production planning
• Experience working with suppliers both within and outside of Sweden

• Good knowledge of ERP systems similar to Monitor as well as the Office suite/Excel
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
